1. Internet Connectivity on the Campus:

The College has 08 Internet Lines, which are clubbed into a single controlling unit. The load

balancing and security of the network is done through the Centralized Firewall System. The

dynamic IPs’ are assigned through the same system. The entire internet network is set up with

4. Ample facilities for computer systems and the internet on the Campus:

 The College has multiple lease-line connections with average bandwidth of 147

Mbps. The dynamic IP Addresses are assigned, and the load balancing is done

through the centralized firewall system.

 Wi-Fi facilities through the centralized network system are available in classrooms,

laboratories, and office spaces.

 All the departments are connected through LAN with the internet.

 The Central Library has two Computer Labs having 85 computers with internet

connectivity. It is open from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. on all working days.

 Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Electronic Science, Commerce,

Geography, English, B.Vo.c, Animation, Video Production departments have

computer labs, which meet the curricular requirements of the students in these

subjects.

 Scanning, printing, and photocopy facilities are provided on the campus.

 Computers are available for students in hostels.

 ICT classrooms are optimally utilized for teaching-learning activities.

 Internet facility is provided to students and faculty.

 The college website is dynamic and is regularly updated by the respective

departments and the faculty.

 The administrator is appointed to look after the computer systems and networking.

 IT and ICT infrastructure is periodically updated.

 For technology-enabled learning spaces, the College provides DSP kits,

Microcontrollers (8051, AVR, PIC, ARM), LAB view software, Antenna kits, PCB

designing kits, Fiber optic kits, and sensors kits. Sophisticated test and measuring

instruments are available in the Department of Electronic Science.

 Casio fx-cg-20 advanced graphing calculators are used by Mathematics students.

 Robotics and CCTV training workshops are organised annually in the Department of

Electronic Science.

 An interactive use of Advanced Projector (Hitachi CP- AW 2519N), Smart Board,

and Document Camera is done in curriculum delivery.

 The software (SPSS, NVIVO, etc.) and e-resources are utilized for doctoral research

and dissertation preparation.

 The library has subscribed e-journals under the N-LIST programme of UGC –

INFLIBNET Centre. Under these programmes 6250+ e-journals and 31, 50,000+ e-

books are available and J-Gate database provides open access to 23,674 e-journals.

 Access to (through NLIST 20 Database & 13 Subscribed Database) 33 database

(13309 E-Journals) is available through the sub-center in Nashik of Savitribai Phule

Pune University, Pune, for Students and Faculty members of the College. E-books

and Video Talks links are available from 19 databases (8599 books and videos). Also,

access is provided to 5 Bibliographic Database available through INFLIBNET to

Students and Faculty members of the College.

software are used by Department of Animation and Video Production students.

The college inspires the faculty to carry out the ICT-based teaching-learning in regular

classrooms. The following facilities are provided.

 Learning Management System: The institute's customized online learning

management system has been set up at https://kthm.sppulms.in. An interactive e-

content is made available through the Learning Management System. The proctored

exams are conducted through the Learning Management System. The continual track

of student progress and attendance records is maintained for all courses in the

Learning Management System. The lecture and meeting recordings are done with

Google Space subscriptions.

 E-content Development Studio: An exclusive e-content development

studio has been set up to record curriculum-related video lectures and documentaries.

The college has received the Best e-content Development Award for the Academic

Year 2020-21 by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

learning Portal is developed for effective delivery of e-content for various

courses. More than 5000 videos are available on the portal for several disciplines. It is

 Virtual Learning Centre: A virtual learning centre is established with all the

necessary audio-visual resources and a seating capacity of 200.

 Differently Able Center: An exclusive Differently Able Center is established for

differently able students. It has 05 Computer Systems with internet connectivity. Each

system is installed with JAWS Professional version 17.0. There are 2000+ Audio

Books. 12 Dot-Mini Devices and 03 Kibo ebook readers are available for differently

able students.

 Language Lab: The Language Lab of 11 terminals with Clarity Multimedia

 GIS Lab: A Geographical Information System Lab is set up with 10 computers and
